Return Policy
- 30-day return window from the date you receive your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- We accept returns for store credit or exchange only
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@mlineent.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 3 business days
Exchanges
- Free exchange if we sent the wrong item or a defective product
- For size exchanges, we cover shipping on the first exchange per order
Damaged or Defective Items
Email support@mlineent.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a free replacement.
